Our goal is to build a strong community of riders in the valley. Group rides are one of the best ways to do this so we try to make it work for everyone.

• SUNDAYS 9:30 AM GIRLS ONLY RIDE* (although the rules can be bent) Amicas

  Ride and length determined by the group that shows up

   

• TUESDAYS 5:30 pm Amicas

  This is a easy spin for an hour or so like the BAM ride.

   

• WEDNESDAYS Noon meet at Amicas*

  Easy ride for an hour or so out to Mesa Antero then hard tempo to BV and back. About 3 hours.

  
  

• BAM THURSDAYS 10:00 AM Amicas *

  B-Team ride usually out CR 120 and back on 291. Group is usually 6-15 riders. Nice social pace!

   

• THURSDAYS 5:30 PM Amicas Starting 4/17/08

  Easy roll out to CR 140 then a 3 mile circuit with one sprint and then regroup. This is a great place to learn and practice group skills. We keep going around the same course so nobody gets dropped. Attendance is kind of iffy on this one so far....

   

• SATURDAYS 10 AM Amicas

  Length and pace determined by group the shows up

*best bet for larger groups
